Организация и проведение проверок: Планирование и организация мероприятий по муниципальному контролю. Проведение проверок объектов муниципальной собственности и иных субъектов контроля. Анализ документации: Проверка документов и отчетов на предмет соответствия требованиям законодательства. Подготовка заключений и рекомендаций по результатам анализа. Контроль исполнения предписаний: Контроль за исполнением выданных предписаний и устранением выявленных нарушений. Принятие мер в случае неисполнения предписаний. Подготовка отчетности: Составление отчетов о результатах проведенных проверок и принятых мерах. Предоставление информации руководству и заинтересованным органам. Обучение и информирование: Организация и проведение разъяснительных мероприятий для сотрудников муниципальных органов и подконтрольных организаций. Консультирование по вопросам муниципального контроля. Участие в комиссиях и совещаниях: Участие в работе комиссий и совещаний по вопросам муниципального контроля. Представление интересов органа местного самоуправления в контролирующих органах. Разработка методических материалов: Разработка инструкций, регламентов и методических рекомендаций по осуществлению муниципального контроля. Информационная поддержка: Ведение баз данных и информационно-аналитической системы мониторинга. Обеспечение информационной поддержки процесса муниципального контроля.
