- принимает непосредственное участие в решении вопросов местного значения в поселении - участвует в организации благоустройства и озеленения на закрепленной за территориальным отделом территории; - оказывает содействие в реализации мер, направленных на предупреждение возникновения и ликвидацию свалок отходов, размещенных на не отведенной для этих целей территории (несанкционированных свалок); - участвует в организации общественных обсуждений, проведении опросов среди населения по намечаемой хозяйственной и иной деятельности, которая способна нанести вред окружающей среде; - принимает участие в экологическом просвещении населения, а также в проведении гигиенических и противоэпидемиологических мероприятий; - взаимодействует с управляющими организациями независимо от организационно-правовой формы, осуществляющими деятельность в сфере управления многоквартирными домами на основании договора, по всем вопросам, возникающим в процессе надлежащей эксплуатации муниципального жилищного фонда, объектов коммунального хозяйства; - оповещает собственников (нанимателей) индивидуальных жилых домов о сроках проведения мероприятий по благоустройству; - готовит разрешения на снос (пересадку) деревьев и кустарников 2 - 5 категорий, а также разрешения на производство работ, связанных с разрытием грунта и (или) вскрытием дорожного покрытия при строительстве, ремонте, реконструкции коммуникаций; - осуществляет контроль за производством работ, связанных с разработкой грунта и (или) вскрытием дорожного покрытия при строительстве, ремонте, реконструкции коммуникаций на закрепленной в порядке, установленном муниципальным правовым актом муниципального образования Ольский городской округ и др.

5.1. Среднее профессиональное (экономическое, юридическое, государственное и муниципальное управление, бухгалтерское) образование, без предъявления требований к стажу. 5.2. Знание Конституции Российской Федерации, федеральных законов и иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, законов и иных нормативных правовых актов Магаданской области, муниципальных правовых актов, регулирующих вопросы организации и прохождения муниципальной службы, а также гражданское, бюджетное, налоговое, земельное, водное, лесное, экологическое, процессуальное, жилищное, военное, градостроительное и иное законодательство. 5.3. Наличие навыков работы со служебными документами, организации личного труда и планирования рабочего времени, владения компьютерной и иной оргтехникой, а также наличие профессиональных навыков, необходимых для исполнения должностных обязанностей.
