обеспечение исполнения бюджетных полномочий администрации поселения: участие в формировании бюджета; анализ исполнения бюджета; осуществление текущего анализа социально-экономического положения поселения; участие в работе по составлению (разработке) прогноза социально-экономического развития поселения на очередной год: организация сбора статистических показателей, характеризующих состояние социально-экономической сферы поселения; обеспечение полноты и достоверности информации, используемой в прогнозах социально-экономического развития поселения, используемых при составлении бюджета, проведении финансовой, бюджетной и налоговой политики; обеспечение подготовки документов и материалов, необходимых для разработки бюджета поселения; участие в подготовке проекта бюджета на очередной финансовый год; предоставление своевременной отчетности о финансовой деятельности поселения; работа с информационной системой Бюджет поселения; разработка основных характеристик бюджета поселения по доходам и расходам на очередной финансовый год; участие в работе по подготовке проектов договоров и соглашений о предоставлении муниципальных гарантий поселения в соответствии с решением Совета поселения о бюджете поселения; осуществление предварительного, текущего и последующего контроля над исполнением бюджета поселения; формирование муниципального заказа поселения; участие в разработке проектов решений Совета поселения, проектов правовых актов главы по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции социально-экономической сферы; обеспечение своевременности и правильности предоставления отчетности по выполняемым функциям по установленным формам и срокам; обеспечение сохранности служебных документов, бланков и соблюдение правил их использования; соблюдение трудового распорядка администрации сельского поселения Хулимсунт, норм эксплуатации технических средств; соблюдение требований стандартов по оформлению документов; выполнение иных поручений главы поселения или его заместителя в пределах своих трудовых функций; исполнение обязанностей заведующего сектором экономического развития на время его отсутствия; подготовка проектов документов, распоряжений, положений по выполняемым функциям.
