Обязанности: осуществлять мониторинг специализированных сайтов, торговых площадок по объявлению государственных и коммерческих тендеров; запрашивать необходимую конкурсную документацию, изучать её требования. При необходимости запрашивать разъяснения и учитывать изменения в документации; оперативно подготавливать полный пакет документов для участия в закупках (ФЗ-44), (ФЗ-223) и коммерческие закупки; Знание коммерческих площадок; взаимодействовать с менеджерами и руководителями отделов по специфике предлагаемой продукции (услугам, работам) и технической части заявок; вести переговоры и переписку с организаторами закупок, одновременно вести несколько проектов; Контроль сроков проведения тендеров и итогов тендеров; Контроль организации заключения договоров; Защита интересов компании в случаях выявления нарушений в ходе проведения торгов или выполнения обязательств; Подготовка отчетов для руководства.

Знание ФЗ-44, нормативной базы документации в сфере закупок; Знание процедуры аккредитации на электронных торговых площадках; Умение и желание работать с большим объемом информации; Нацеленность на результат, своевременное выполнение поставленных задач; Способность работать в режиме многозадачности; Внимательность, ответственность и аккуратность при работе с документами; Грамотная письменная и устная речь. Желание зарабатывать, развиваться и расти в профессиональном плане.
