ППС и ПП. Профилактика неинфекционных заболеваний, в том числе являющихся основной причиной инвалидности и смертности населения. Проведение диспансеризации и профилактических медицинских осмотров взрослого населения. Информирование граждан о проведении диспансеризации и осмотров, разъяснительная работа для мотивации к их прохождению. Ведение медицинской документации и выполнение отдельных исследований при проведении диспансеризации и профилактических осмотров. Диагностика факторов риска развития неинфекционных заболеваний, включая риск пагубного потребления алкоголя и потребления наркотических средств без назначения врача. Коррекция факторов риска, в том числе в форме индивидуального или группового профилактического консультирования (например, школы пациента ). Направление пациентов в необходимых случаях к врачам-специалистам, включая направление граждан с табачной зависимостью в кабинеты по прекращению потребления табака, а при выявлении пагубного потребления алкоголя или риска потребления наркотических средств к врачу-психиатру-наркологу. Диспансерное наблюдение за гражданами с высоким риском развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, включая назначение лекарственных препаратов для коррекции дислипидемий. Повышение уровня знаний медицинских работников организации по вопросам профилактики неинфекционных заболеваний и формирования здорового образа жизни. Обучение граждан правилам оказания первой помощи при жизнеугрожающих заболеваниях и их осложнениях. Представление отчётности, сбор и предоставление первичных данных для информационных систем в сфере здравоохранения. Проведение мероприятий по пропаганде здорового образа жизни, участие в массовых акциях и информационных кампаниях. Участие в разработке и реализации мероприятий по профилактике неинфекционных заболеваний и формированию здорового образа жизни.
