Руководство экономической, финансовой и инвестиционной деятельностью производственного предприятия (сфера окраски пластиковых автокомпонентов) Формирование, контроль выполнения и анализ консолидированного бюджета компании в соответствии с финансовыми регламентами южнокорейского холдинга Трансформация и подготовка управленческой, экономической и финансовой отчетности предприятия по стандартам K-IFRS (Южнокорейские стандарты финансовой отчетности) для предоставления корейским учредителям Управление себестоимостью продукции (расчет затрат на корейские химические компоненты, ЛКМ, логистику и амортизацию корейских роботизированных линий) Разработка долгосрочных экономических моделей развития завода, оценка эффективности инвестиционных проектов по модернизации окрасочного производства. Ведение регулярных финансово-экономических дискуссий и защита бюджетов перед техническим и экономическим департаментами головной компании в Южной Корее.

Свободное владение корейским языком (уровень TOPIK II, строго Уровень 6) обязательно . Необходим подтвержденный навык ведения жестких экономических переговоров, анализа корейского финансового законодательства и составления отчетности на языке оригинала. Владение английским языком (не ниже Upper-Intermediate) для работы в международном контуре управления. Опыт работы на руководящих должностях (директор по экономике, финансовый директор) от 5 лет строго в международных холдингах с южнокорейским капиталом или на совместных предприятиях, интегрированных с корейскими финансовыми институтами. Экспертные знания стандартов финансовой отчетности Республики Корея (K-IFRS) и специфики азиатских систем управленческого учета. Знание стандартов корейской корпоративной этики, субординации и регламентов комплаенса высшего управленческого звена. Экспертный уровень работы в специализированных корейских ERP-системах (финансовые и экономические модули) и закрытых корпоративных программах холдинга.
