2.1.Руководить работой по хозяйственному обслуживанию учреждения. 2.2.Руководить работой обслуживающего персонала. 2.3.Выстраивать и организовывать работу с эксплуатационными, сервисными и аварийными службами. 2.4.Определять объем необходимых потребностей в материально-технических, финансовых ресурсах в соответствии с локальными нормативными актами и бюджетом организации для эксплуатации, обслуживания и ремонта. 2.5.Обеспечивать сохранность хозяйственного инвентаря, его восстановление и пополнение. 2.6.Принимает участие в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов основных фондов (зданий, систем водоснабжения, воздухопроводов и других сооружений), составлении смет хозяйственных расходов. 2.7.Организовать проведение ремонта помещений и осуществлять контроль за выполненными работами. 2.8.Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. 2.9.Руководить работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке помещений учреждения и прилегающей территории. 2.10. Принимать меры по своевременной обработке помещений от бытовых насекомых, грызунов. 2.11.Следить за своевременным вывозом бытовых отходов (через регионального оператора). 2.12.Использовать проектно-сметную и исполнительную документацию в рамках выполняемых трудовых функций. 2.13.Оценивать визуально состояние помещений и систем жизнеобеспечения с целью организации проведения технической диагностики или ремонта. 2.14.Оценивать качество оказываемых услуг по уборке и обслуживанию помещений организации. 2.15.Оценивать качество выполненных работ по ремонту, эксплуатации и обслуживанию помещений и прилегающей территории.

Частичная занятость (0,5 ставки); оплата труда пропорционально отработанному рабочему времени. Условиями допуска заведующего хозяйством к работе является: -среднее профессиональное образование программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена; -среднее профессиональное образование (непрофильное) - программа подготовки специалистов среднего звена и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки по профилю деятельности; -дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы повышения квалификации по профилю деятельности (не реже чем раз в три года);
