- сбор, обработка и анализ информации о мероприятиях, проводимых в учреждении; - участие в организации и проведении окружных мероприятий; - подготовка ежемесячной, ежеквартальной, годовой отчетности по формам АИС "Статистика"; - подготовка планов и отчетности по проводимым мероприятиям по запросам; - ведение и учет мероприятий по программе "Пушкинская карта"; - ведение социальных сетей и сайта учреждения; - взаимодействие с учреждениями и физическими лицами в рамках организации и проведения мероприятий.

- знание АИС "Статистика", текстровых и графических редакторов, электронных таблиц; умение собирать и анализировать полученную информацию; - знание программы "Пушкинская карта"; - умение работать с социальными сетями и сайтом.
