Осуществлять финансовую деятельность, направленную на повышение эффективности работы, достижения высоких результатов при оптимальном использовании материальных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов; - составление проектов планов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности учреждений образования; - выполнять расчеты по материальным, трудовым и финансовым затратам; - осуществлять экономический анализ деятельности учреждений, разрабатывать меры по обеспечению режима экономии; - следить за сроками выполнения договорных обязательств; - периодическая отчетность в установленные сроки; - расчет годовой потребности в бюджетных ассигнованиях; - проект бюджета на календарный год; - контроль по составлению штатных расписаний; - контроль за разработкой Положений об оплате труда, стимулирующих выплатах; - составление смет доходов и расходов; - строгий контроль финансовых обязательств, лимитов; - при изменении смет учреждений образования, ставить в известность всех руководителей, с вручением измененных смет; - отслеживать остатки ассигнований; - строго соблюдать исполнения кассового плана; - по срокам забивать бюджетную роспись на новый финансовый год; -разработка и составление муниципальных заданий на финансовый год; -Совместно с руководителями общеобразовательных учреждений проводить комплектование классов и учащихся по школам, с защитой в Министерстве образования; -контроль за составлением ОО-1,2; 85-К; 1-ДО; ОШ-2 и другие отчеты по всем учреждениям на бумажном и электронных носителях; - контроль проведения тарификации, составления штатного расписания; - выполнять служебные поручения директора центра; - хранить базу данных бухгалтерской информации, вносить изменения в справочную и нормативную информацию; - работать в программе 1С; - бережно относиться к компьютерной технике; - соблюдать правила внутреннего распорядка Центра; - повышать свою квалификацию; - участвовать в общественной жизни коллектива.
