Нам подойдёт человек, который: * умеет общаться с людьми; * имеет широкий круг знакомств или готов активно знакомиться; * хочет получать дополнительный доход; * ответственно передаёт информацию; * не обещает клиентам того, в чём не уверен и того, что мы не можем; * готов пройти быстрое обучение и разобраться в базовых принципах работы. Опыт в недвижимости не обязателен. Мы всё объясним и покажем. Вы не занимаетесь полной продажей объекта самостоятельно. Ваша задача - привести собственника, который действительно хочет продать недвижимость. Если объект принят в работу и в дальнейшем продан, вы получаете свой процент.

В распоряжении агента: штат юристов, кадастровый инженер, геодезист, профессиональный фотограф (фототехника для 3D-туров квартир, квадрокоптер), бухгалтер, офис-менеджер, ипотечный специалист. Корпоративный телефон, оплата услуг связи компанией, корпоративное такси, оплата публикаций недвижимости на Farpost, в том числе приклеивание объявлений в топ. Рекламные буклеты, визитки и другая печатная продукция для агента оплачивается компанией. Беспроцентные кредиты для сотрудников, приобретение недвижимости по льготным условиям.
