осуществлять контроль за исполнением законодательных и других нормативных актов различного уровня по совершенствованию деятельности контрольных мероприятий по муниципальному жилищному контролю. - принимать участие в планировании контрольных мероприятий плановых проверок на предстоящий год для согласования с главой Администрации. - составлять акты о проведении проверки, направлять в соответствующие государственные органы материалы по выявленным нарушениям для решения вопроса о привлечении виновных лиц к административной ответственности в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации и Республики Башкортостан. - рассматривать заявления, обращения и жалобы граждан, индивидуальных предпринимателей, юридических лиц по фактам нарушения действующего законодательства. - предотвращать, выявлять и пресекать правонарушения в сфере жилищного пользования, принимать в пределах своих полномочий необходимые меры по устранению выявленных правонарушений. - проводить профилактическую работу по устранению обстоятельств, способствующих совершению правонарушений в сфере жилищного пользования.
