Проводить своевременно, согласно утвержденному графику, систематические проверки сетей водоотведения абонентов и потребителей на предмет наличия и соответствия разрешительной, нормативной и технической документации. Производить, согласно утвержденному графику: проверки наличия договоров и выполнение условий договоров; проверки сетей водоотведения, узлов учета абонентов (потребителей) на соответствие нормативной документации, состояния приборов учета, сохранности контрольных пломб на приборах учета и узлах учета; проверки узлов учета абонентов (потребителей) на предмет правильности снятия показаний средств измерений и предоставления абонентами (потребителями) корректных сведений об объемах сброшенных сточных вод; проверки с целью выявления фактов самовольного присоединения абонентов (потребителей) к системам водоотведения, эксплуатируемым Обществом, выявление бездоговорного пользования услугами водоотведения. Производить отбор проб сточных вод из контрольных канализационных колодцев. Контролировать состав сточных вод, сброшенных абонентами в канализационную сеть, эксплуатируемую Обществом на соответствие нормативам. Оформлять и подписывать акты контрольного отбора проб сточных вод. Соблюдать нормы законодательства РФ при проведении контрольных отборов проб, процедуру уведомления абонентов об отборе, проведении отбора, доставке и передаче в аккредитованную лабораторию отобранных проб. Своевременно получать из аккредитованной лаборатории протоколы исследования проб сточных вод. Выполнять работы по ограничению водоотведения, осуществлять качественное и своевременное выполнение заявок на ограничение водоотведения для чего обязан: Перед началом смены, получать от специалиста отдела по работе с абонентами список абонентов для проведения работ по ограничению (возобновлению) водоотведения. Перед окончанием рабочей смены, передать специалисту по работе с абонентами акты об ограничении (возобновлении) услуги водоотведения абонентов. Определять возможность установки средств ограничения водоотведения (при необходимости обследования), снятия ограничения водоотведения, проверки установленного ограничения водоотведения. Подготавливать оборудование - систему для телеинспекции канализационного стояка и ограничения водоотведения Терминатор-Профи М2 . В случае обнаружения смещения заглушки, отсутствия установленной заглушки оповещать руководство. После фиксации нарушения установки заглушки составлять акт, в присутствии представителя Управляющей компании; Организовать работы по ее обнаружению и извлечению с использованием всех доступных способов (телеинспекция, разбор стояков, лежаков) с последующим восстановлением работоспособности инженерных коммуникаций. Проводить осмотры систем, проверяя отсутствие течи в стояках водоотведения.
