Работа с оборудованием Siemens,ABB,Allen Bradley. Обеспечивать исправное состояние и безопасную эксплуатацию приборов и автоматизированных систем управления технологического оборудования цеха буровых работ (ЦБР) УБР. Вносить необходимые коррективы в способы и методы наладки с целью достижения необходимых параметров и характеристик работы оборудования и систем, производит их регулировку. Устранять дефекты оборудования, выявленные при выполнении работ. Вносить предложения мастеру (помощнику мастера) буровой по приостановке работ при выявлении потенциально опасных нарушений в работе автоматизированной системы управления. Сообщать о своем решении по приостановке работ начальнику ЦБР, начальнику СГЭ УБР, начальнику участка сопровождения АСУ БУ ПРЦЭиЭ с составлением акта. Инструктировать персонал ЦБР УБР по правилам эксплуатации оборудования и автоматизированных систем управления, эксплуатируемых в процессе производства работ. Составлять планы - программы выполнения работ по проведению наладки и испытаниям АСУ буровых установок и предоставлять начальнику участка сопровождения АСУ БУ ПРЦЭиЭ. Осуществлять наладку средств АСУ совместно со специалистами Филиала в соответствии с требованиями эксплуатационных документов. Анализировать данные измерений параметров работы оборудования, выполнять необходимые расчеты и выдавать заключения о пригодности к эксплуатации отдельных деталей, узлов, механизмов систем, выявлять причины их неисправности . Осуществлять ведение технической документации во время монтажа, наладки и испытаний оборудования, участвовать в приёмке оборудования в эксплуатацию, оформлении приёмо-сдаточной документации, расследовании аварий, брака в работе, повреждения оборудования и разработке мероприятий, направленных на их предотвращение.

На должность инженера по наладке и испытаниям СГЭ УБР назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее одного года или среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее трех лет. Знание основ электротехники, электропривода(ЧРП, Постоянные привода),работа с программируемым логическим контроллером. Опыт работы в сфере автоматизации промышленного оборудования.
