Иногородним предоставляется жилье. Заведует психоневрологическим отделением по совмещению профессий. Организует и непосредственно обеспечивает первичную медико-санитарную помощь при терапии острых и хронических заболеваний клиентам психоневрологического отделения. Организует противоэпидемические мероприятия (провизорное наблюдение, карантинную изоляцию, иммунизацию, текущую и заключительную дезинфекцию, дезинсекцию, выполнение режимных мероприятий). Организует бытовое обслуживание клиентов психоневрологического отделения (рациональное питание, в т.ч. определение показаний к лечебному, нормативную обеспеченность нательным бельем, носильными вещами, постельными принадлежностями, санитарно-гигиеническими средствами, предметами личного пользования, согласно утвержденных нормативов). Определяет дифференцированные режимы проживания инвалидов, в т.ч. разрешения на выход с территории Учреждения, показания к занятости в кружковой деятельности. Выполняет индивидуальные реабилитационные программы (ИПР МСЭ) и рекомендации по социотерапевтической (медицинской, физической, трудовой, социо-бытовой) реабилитации инвалидов. Ежедневно проводит обход психоневрологического отделения, прием-сдачу смен дежурным персоналом, непосредственно присутствует при завтраках и обедах клиентов. Контролирует процесс приема пищи клиентами психоневрологического отделения, в том числе безопасность процесса кормления клиентов, соблюдение количественных и качественных норм выдачи блюд клиентам. Осуществляет динамическое наблюдение клиентов психоневрологического отделения с ведением дневниковых записей и коррекции назначений в историях болезни. По медицинским показаниям назначает диагностическое обследование каждого конкретного клиента психоневрологического отделения, направление на госпитализацию в ЛПУ, амбулаторное лечение. Оформляет первичный осмотр, квартальные профосмотры, планы ведения по диспансерному наблюдению и обследованию, назначает диету, этиопатогенетическую и синдромальную терапию, оформляет выписку направлений и курирует переписку каждого конкретного клиента психоневрологического отделения по не утраченным социальным связям. Своевременно и качественно оформляет представления на переосвидетельствование инвалида (клиента психоневрологического отделения) комиссией МСЭ. Выписывает рецепты по программе ОНЛС в системе ОМС, в соответствии с действующим порядком.

Высшее медицинское образование по специальности Лечебное дело, документ о присвоении звания врача-психиатра, сертификат специалиста по специальности Психиатрия
