2.1. Обеспечивать хозяйственное обслуживание и надлежащее состояние зданий, помещении и территории организации в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности. 2.2. Создавать надлежащие условия для эффективной работы персонала организации в сфере хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. 2.3. Принимать участие в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов основных фондов предприятия (здании, сооружений, систем канализации и водоснабжения воздуховодов и т.п.), составляемых смет хозяйственных расходов. 2.4. Организовывать проведение ремонта помещений, осуществлять контроль качества выполняемых работ 2.5. Обеспечивать проведение мелкого ремонта основных фондов предприятия собственными силами 2.6. Осуществлять наблюдение за сохранностью мебели, хозяйственного инвентаря и при необходимости проводить их своевременный ремонт 2.7. Осуществлять работы по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории очистке от мусора прилегающей к ней акватории. 2.8. Вести наблюдение за безаварийной работой котлов в период их эксплуатации и своевременно обеспечивать наполнение водорасходного бака для нормального функционирования систем отопления и водоснабжения. 2.9. Выполнять все виды работ, связанные со швартовкой судов к причалу, установкой переходных трапов. 2.10. Обеспечивать, исправное состояние причальных и спасательных средств, уборку причалов и прилегающей к ним территории. 2.11. Своевременно предоставлять руководству заявки на приобретение необходимых материалов, оборудования и инвентаря для осуществления хозяйственной деятельности на предприятии. 2.12. Немедленно докладывать руководству о фактах загрязнения территории прилегающей акватории отходами производства, горюче-смазочными материалами, нефтесодержащими продуктами и т.п. 2.13. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, трудовую и производственную дисциплину, правила и нормы охраны труда, требования производственной санитарии и гигиены, требования противопожарной безопасности.
