Осуществлять работы по полному, своевременному и качественному обеспечению Общества запасными частями производственного и непроизводственного характера согласно закреплённому за специалистом направлению услуг в рамках проведения закупочных процедур Общества и в соответствии с нормативной документацией и регламентами Общества. Осуществлять работы по своевременному закупу Продукции согласно заявкам, поданным от подразделений и согласованным по всей форме и регламенту Общества. Осуществлять работы по закупу Продукции с учетом рациональности и экономии в соответствии с нормативной документацией и регламентами Общества. Осуществлять закупочные процедуры с использованием функционала ЭТП, и в соответствии нормативной документацией Общества. Исполнять и представлять отчетность по поручениям, полученным в СЭД, посредствам электронной почты в рамках своей компетенции. Проводить поиск и привлечение поставщиков для участия в конкурсах на закупку запасных частей и горюче-смазочных материалов. Формировать пакет документов для проведения тендерных процедур. Подготавливать данные, необходимые для составления отчетности о выполнении закупок в Обществе. Давать подразделениям и отдельным работникам необходимые разъяснения по вопросам своей компетенции. Представлять непосредственному руководителю в установленные им сроки отчет о выполненной работе. По поручению непосредственного руководителя выполнять разовые работы, не включенные в вышеперечисленные обязанности, но входящие в функции отдела закупок запасных частей и аренды.
