Нормативное обеспечение. Разрабатывать, согласовывать и актуализировать локальные акты по охране труда. Готовить предложения для коллективного договора и трудовых договоров. Следить за изменениями в законодательстве. Обучение и инструктажи. Выявлять потребность в обучении (по охране труда, СИЗ, первой помощи). Проводить вводный инструктаж, координировать другие виды (первичный, повторный, внеплановый, целевой). Оказывать методическую помощь руководителям при разработке программ и инструкций. Контролировать проверку знаний и передачу сведений в реестр обученных. Оценка условий и рисков. Участвовать в организации специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ) и оценки профессиональных рисков (ОПР). Выявлять опасные факторы, анализировать риски и предлагать меры по их снижению. Контроль на рабочих местах. Проводить плановые и внеплановые проверки. Контролировать соблюдение требований охраны труда, безопасных методов работы, в том числе у подрядчиков. Следить за обеспечением работников СИЗ, их исправностью и правильным хранением. Контролировать проведение обязательных медосмотров. Информирование. Сообщать работникам об условиях труда, уровнях рисков, положенных гарантиях, компенсациях и средствах защиты. Собирать и систематизировать предложения от сотрудников по вопросам охраны труда. Расследование инцидентов. Участвовать в работе комиссий по расследованию несчастных случаев и профзаболеваний. Проводить осмотр места происшествия, опрашивать причастных, устанавливать причины и разрабатывать меры по предотвращению подобных ситуаций в будущем.

Образование: высшее (в т. ч. непрофильное) + профпереподготовка по охране труда от 256 часов; либо СПО + профпереподготовка от 256 часов. Опыт: от 1 года для базовой позиции; от 2 3 лет для ведущих/главных специалистов (зависит от уровня должности). Обязательные условия: прохождение обучения и проверки знаний по охране труда (не реже 1 раза в 3 года, ПП № 2464); отсутствие ограничений к работе по законодательству. Знания и навыки: нормативная база по охране труда и трудовое законодательство; СУОТ и оценка профрисков; разработка инструкций, организация инструктажей, участие в расследовании НС; работа в ЭДО и правовых системах.
