Анализ потребности в обучении на основе задач компании и требований к компетенциям.Разработка, корректировка и актуализация программ обучения, курсов и тестов с учётом изменений локально-нормативной документации в LMS-платформе. Организация и проведение обучения (очно/дистанционно).Проведение аттестаций и проверок знаний (плановых, внеплановых, повторных, по итогам стажировки) в LMS-платформе.Сопровождение стажировок вновь принятых сотрудников и при переводе на другую должность.Подготовка списков действующей ЛНД для сотрудников при приёме/переводе, ведение электронного архива.Участие в подготовке приказов, инструкций (методическая работа) и отчётности по обучению и аттестациям.Ведение графиков обучения и аттестаций, статистических справок по эффективности.Дача обратной связи по результатам обучения сотрудникам и их руководителям.Взаимодействие со структурными подразделениями по вопросам обучения и развития.Участие в проектах по развитию корпоративной культуры и внутренних коммуникаций.

Высшее образование (желательно педагогическое, психологическое, HR или близкое).Знание андрагогики.Опыт работы в сфере обучения и развития персонала / HR от 1 года (приветствуется опыт работы с LMS-платформами).Опыт преподавания в ВУЗе будет Вашим преимуществом. Уверенный пользователь ПК.Грамотная устная и письменная речь, умение структурировать информацию и готовить материалы.Ответственность, внимательность к деталям, готовность к выездам на производственные участки при необходимости.
