Администратор зала ресторана должностные обязанности: Встречать и рассаживать гостей и/или назначить дежурного официанта 2. Принимать резервы и бронь по столам с немедленной передачей информации по предзаказам шеф-повару. 3. Контролировать сотрудников в зале: бармена, официанта, баристы и других; 4. Распределять свободные столы. 5. Контролировать каждый заказ по столам: соответствие заказа и выдачи, время выполнения заказа, время выдачи напитков, очередность выполнения заказов. 6. Анализировать заказ для того, чтобы посоветовать официанту конкретные напитки и блюда, которые нужно предложить именно на определенный стол в соответствии с заказом для поднятия среднего чека. 7. Рассчитывать гостей, либо передать эту функцию уполномоченному официанту. 8. Постоянно контролировать санитарные зоны гостевые, кухонные, персонала, общественный туалет 1 раз в час. 9. Следить за чистотой и порядком в зале, функционированием оборудования, сохранностью мебели; проводить переучеты посуды. 10. Контролировать звучание саундтреков по времени: утро, день, вечер. 11. Контролировать освещение согласно графику: утро, день, вечер. 12. При подаче блюд, напитков и кулинарных изделий с использованием алкоголя учитывать возраст посетителей (от 18 лет). 13. Принимать жалобы и предложения посетителей; 14. Провожать гостей 15. Решать общехозяйственные, коммунальные вопросы 16. Обеспечивать работу по эффективному и культурному обслуживанию посетителей ресторана, созданию для них комфортных условий.

Вежливость, аккуратность, внимательность, знание ПК, своевременное и качественное выполнение своих должностных обязанностей. Постоянно улучшать свои знания, повышать квалификацию и профессиональное мастерство с помощью теоретической подготовки и практической деятельности в заведении.
