Отвечает на них. Открывает смену на кассовом аппарате. Открывает таблицы эксель, Сверяет наличную сумму на начало смены. Следить за состоянием счета мобильного телефона и своевременно сообщать о необходимости его пополнения руководителю. Формирование записи: - ежедневное отслеживание комментариев и заявок ВК. (Каждое сообщение заканчиваем вопросом, пока клиент не запишется, стараемся вывести на телефонный разговор, для удобства записи) Клиентский сервис: Работа с первичным клиентом: проводить в зону ожидания, предложить чай и анкету гостя, помочь в заполнении анкеты, если это потребуется, провести презентацию бренда CITYSPA - представить спа-мастера, который будет работать с гостем, рассказать про абонементы, курсовые программы, услуги, товары, ответить на все вопросы, принять оплату, записать на следующий сеанс. Предложить анкету удовлетворенности. Работа с постоянным (не первичным, кто уже был хотя бы раз в студии): предложить чай - точно знать историю посещений (на какой сеанс/услугу пришел, сколько осталось посещений по абонементу и т д.), грамотно консультировать по всем возникающим вопросам. Если сеанс предпоследний/последний пролонгируем !!! 8. Окончание рабочей смены: - принять кабинеты у мастеров в чистом, по стандарту убранном виде ( в противном случае ответственность за уборку кабинета переходит сервис-менеджеру) - подтвердить все записи на следующий день посредством звонка или сообщения - сформировать, проверить и отправить отчетность руководителям (управляющему директору, бухгалтеру и собственнику) не ранее окончания смены в 21 час. - закрыть смену на банковском терминале - отключить все электроприборы, кроме банковского терминала - закрыть окна - закрыть студию и сдать ключ охраннику с указанием времени ухода.
