Диагностика и лечение: Сбор жалоб, анамнеза (жизни и заболевания), а также эпидемиологического анамнеза (важно выяснить, не было ли контакта с инфекционными больными, поездок, особенностей быта). Физикальное исследование: осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия, аускультация. Обоснование и постановка диагноза с опорой на Международную статистическую классификацию болезней (МКБ). Направление на лабораторные и инструментальные обследования, а при необходимости на консультации к другим специалистам. Разработка плана лечения, назначение лекарств, медицинских изделий, немедикаментозной терапии (например, лечебного питания), а также оценка их эффективности и безопасности. Профилактика или лечение осложнений, побочных эффектов терапии. Оценка приверженности пациента лечению и риска преждевременного его прекращения. Оказание неотложной помощи при острых состояниях. Составление плана медицинской реабилитации и проведение соответствующих мероприятий. Организационные и профилактические задачи: Направление пациентов на госпитализацию, если требуется специализированная (в том числе высокотехнологичная) помощь. Организация медицинского наблюдения и лабораторного обследования контактных лиц в очаге инфекции. Проведение и контроль эффективности профилактических мероприятий, санитарно-гигиеническое просвещение населения. Организация и проведение противоэпидемических мероприятий при выявлении инфекционного заболевания. Оформление и направление в территориальные органы санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора экстренного извещения при подтверждении инфекционного заболевания. Проведение медицинских осмотров, освидетельствований и экспертиз (в том числе экспертиза временной нетрудоспособности). Участие в работе врачебной комиссии, в том числе при направлении пациентов на медико-социальную экспертизу для установления инвалидности.
