Выполнение обязанностей главного бухгалтера главного распорядителя бюджетных средств, получателя бюджетных средств, администратора доходов бюджета. Исполнение полномочий учредителя бюджетных/автономных учреждений в части консолидации отчетности, анализа исполнения бюджетной сметы, согласования планов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, учета и распоряжения имуществом и т.д. Расчеты с подведомственными учреждениями. Руководство и организация работы централизованной бухгалтерии, разработка нормативных правовых актов, локальных правовых актов. Формирование и представление бухгалтерской, налоговой, статистической отчетности ГРБС, ПБС, ГлАД, консолидированной отчетности подведомственных учреждений. Подготовка данных по соответствующим участкам бюджетного, бухгалтерского учета для составления отчетности. Проведение инвентаризации имущества, обязательств, денежных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей.

Требования к образованию: высшее профильное образование (бухгалтерское, экономическое или с переподготовкой по специальности) с опытом работы по специальности Требования к опыту практической работы: опыт работы бухгалтером в бюджетной сфере от 7 лет, в том числе заместителем главного бухгалтера, главным бухгалтером от 2 лет Наличие навыков ведения бюджетного, бухгалтерского учета, формирования бюджетной, бухгалтерской, налоговой, статистической отчетности
