The posting

Подготавливать предложения по плановым показателям реализации тепловой энергии и ГВС в целом по Компании и в разрезе источников, отдельных категорий потребителей. Обеспечивать запрос и получение сведений, необходимых в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ, для принятия граждан на прямые договоры по основаниям и в порядке, установленном жилищным законодательством РФ. Обеспечивать размещение информации в ГИС ЖКХ в части, касающейся компетенции Отдела, в том числе ответы на обращения потребителей. Организовывать и контролировать выполнение работы по:1.Заключению, изменению, расторжению договоров теплоснабжения.2.Рассмотрению протоколов разногласий по договорам теплоснабжения, урегулированию разногласий.3. Проведению договорных кампаний.4.Возврату подписанных потребителем договоров теплоснабжения, дополнительных соглашений к договорам.5.Разработке и внедрению типовых договоров теплоснабжения.6. Ведению архива договоров теплоснабжения/документов к договору (на бумажном носителе и в электронном виде).7. Начислению по договорам теплоснабжения в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ. Осуществлению перерасчетов за тепловую энергию и горячую воду при наличии оснований в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.8. Формированию, печати и направлению потребителям первичных документов за тепловую энергию и горячую воду (акты реализации, счета-фактуры, счета).9. Оформлению, подписанию актов сверки по договорам теплоснабжения, направлению их потребителям. Контролю возврата подписанных актов.10. Выполнению операций с использованием контрольно-кассовой техники по формированию и отправке онлайн-чеков оператору фискальных данных по расчетам с физическими лицами за тепловую энергию.

Высшее образование (теплоэнергетика/теплотехника), опыт и стаж работы по специальности на руководящих должностях в соответствующей профилю Общества в отрасли теплоэнергетики не менее трех лет.
