Ведущий специалист отдела закупок для муниципальных нужд: При планировании закупок: определение и обоснование начальной (максимальной) цены договора (контракта), цену договора (контракта), заключаемого с единственным поставщиком при формировании плана-графика закупок. При подготовке к проведению определения поставщика в установленных случаях: уточняет начальную (максимальную) цену договора (контракта) и ее обоснование в извещении об осуществлении закупки, приглашениях принять участие в определении единственного поставщика; При заключении договоров (контрактов) в установленных случаях: 1) обеспечивает заключение договора (контракта); 2) обеспечивает направление документов, необходимых для согласования заключения договора (контракта) с единственным поставщиком по результатам несостоявшегося определения поставщика (исполнителя, подрядчика); 3) уточняет цену договора (контракта), заключаемого с единственным поставщиком; 4) подготавливает извещение о закупке у единственного поставщика; 5) организует направление в уполномоченный орган документов и сведений, подлежащих включению в реестр контрактов. При исполнении, изменении, расторжении договора (контракта): 1) обеспечивает приемку поставленного товара, выполненной работы (ее результатов), оказанной услуги, а также отдельных этапов поставки товара, выполнения работы, оказания услуги; 2) организует оплату поставленного товара, выполненной работы (ее результатов), оказанной услуги, а также отдельных этапов исполнения договора (контракта); 3) взаимодействует с поставщиком при изменении, расторжении договора (контракта), а также при необходимости применить меры ответственности и совершить иные действия в случае неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения договора (контракта); 4) организует проведение экспертизы поставленного товара, выполненной работы, оказанной услуги, привлекает экспертов, экспертные организации. 1) организует в случае необходимости консультации с поставщиками и участвует в таких консультациях; 2) разрабатывает проекты договоров (контрактов) заказчика; 3) с 01 января финансового года ведет реестр закупок, осуществленных без заключения муниципальных контрактов администрацией.

- обладать знаниями в области законодательства Российской Федерации и Республики Коми; - знать порядок осуществления закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения муниципальных нужд; порядок и сроки составления отчетности; - уметь работать на электронных торговых площадках, составлять проекты договоров (контрактов) с единственным поставщиком. вести реестр закупок, проверять исполнение условий договоров поставщиками (исполнителями, подрядчиками) работ, услуг; готовить расчеты начальной (максимальной) цены договора (контракта), заключаемого с единственным поставщиком
