- валидация, импорт, тестирование, разработка и поддержка систем автоматизации интеграции сложного визуального игрового контента в движке Unity3D посредством как специализированных внутри проектных инструментов, так и стандартных подходов Unity - разработка визуальных эффектов и комплексных систем, состоящих из VFX, шейдеров, анимаций, пост эффектов, скриптов; - разработка систем оптимизации визуальной составляющей игры (профайлинг, нахождение и исправление проблемных мест, системы лодирования и кулинга объектов) - написание шейдеров на HLSL - настройка рендер-пайплайнов (URP/HDRP) - ведение технической документации - самостоятельная разработка прототипов с использованием языка программирования С# для визуальной составляющей игры, принятие осознанных решений с точки зрения визуала и производительности

- Коммерческий опыт с движком Unity3D от 5 лет. - Опыт написания и оптимизации шейдеров (HLSL) от 2-х лет, включая мобильную оптимизацию для снижения draw calls и батчинга - Навыки создания и настройки визуальных эффектов VFX от 2х лет - Практика проектирования и реализации различных визуальных систем - Опыт в написании инструментов и скриптов для Unity - Навыки работы с SRP-батчингом - Портфолио с релевантными проектами - Навыки работы в 3D редакторах (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Substance Painter/Designer) - Понимание стилистики midcore-игр - Способность находить баланс между визуальным качеством и производительностью для midcore-игр с динамичным геймплеем - Знания в области профилирования и оптимизации для мобильных устройств (Android/iOS): управление памятью, GPU/CPU нагрузкой, LOD, occlusion culling. - Уверенное использование Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, RenderDoc. - Навыки в решении перформанс-задач
