Осуществляет юридическую экспертизу инструкций, положений,проектов приказов, и иных актов, изданных в компетенции и по направлению деятельности отряда, а также участвует в их подготовке. Организовывает работу по направлению Государственных контрактов, договоров, соглашений в ЕИС, проведение процедур подписания, передачи для размещения в АС Бюджет Югры, регистрации и внесения в реестр контрактов. Контролирует закрытие контрактов после их исполнения. Представляет интересы в суде, арбитражном суде, а также в иных организациях при рассмотрении правовых, договорных вопросов, осуществляет ведение претензионное - исковой работы отряда. Осуществляет защиту правовыми средствами имущественных и других интересов отряда в судах и других инстанциях по рассмотрению споров по искам, предъявляемым отряду и его подразделениям, либо по искам отряда. Ведет претензионную работу, принимает участие в обоснованных ответов при отклонении претензий, контролирует своевременность предоставления справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии. Проводит изучение, анализ и обобщение результатов рассмотрения претензий, судебных дел, практики заключения и исполнения хозяйственных договоров с целью разработки соответствующих предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшении финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации. Осуществляет представительство в различных государственных органах, органах юстиции, в том числе формирует пакеты документов и сопровождает сделки, с недвижимостью. Взаимодействие по правовым вопросам с профильными подразделениями выше стоящей организации, органами исполнительной власти, надзорными органами, другими организациями.

Юрисконсульт - Высшее юридическое образование без предъявления требований к стажу работы или среднее специальное (юридическое) образование и стаж работы в должности, замещаемых специалистами со средним профессиональным образованием, не менее 5 лет. Юрисконсульт 2 категории - высшее юридическое образование и стаж работы в должности юрисносульта не менее 3 лет. Юрисконсульт 1 категории - высшее юридическое образование и стаж работы в должности юрисконсульта 2 категории не менее 3 лет.
