Осуществлять координацию деятельности курируемых структурных подразделений учреждения, согласно структуры и функций учреждения (управление развития телекоммуникационных ресурсов и финансово экономическая служба); анализировать экономические и финансовые показатели учреждения; координировать деятельность финансово экономической службы учреждения по вопросам, связанным с предоставлением информации о состоянии бухгалтерского учета в учреждении; осуществлять контроль за: процессом реализации проектов и программ в соответствии принимаемых решений и совершаемых действий общей концепции развития; результатами работы работников курируемых структурных подразделений учреждения; состоянием трудовой и производственной дисциплины; порядком учета поступления и расходования денежных средств, использованием материальных ценностей; ходом соблюдения финансовой дисциплины; своевременностью предоставления отчетности о результатах экономической деятельности в установленном порядке и сроки на рассмотрение директору учреждения; подготавливать конкретные проекты развития и реструктуризации учреждения, предложения по освоению новых направлений деятельности учреждения в рамках реализации программ; устанавливать приоритеты бюджетирования и проводить мониторинг за расходами для обеспечения гарантий финансовой стабильности реализуемых программ; проводить расчеты эффективности реализации программ организационного характера во время проектирования, строительства и эксплуатации объектов связи; доводить утвержденные графики проведения работ по реализации проектов до руководителей структурных подразделений учреждения; участвовать в разработке и контроле исполнения планов работ учреждения по реализации программ Правительства Самарской области, в комиссиях, касающихся деятельности учреждения, утвержденных директором учреждения; осуществлять взаимодействие с федеральными и региональными органами исполнительной власти, органами местного самоуправления, объектами социальной инфраструктуры Самарской области в рамках задач, стоящих перед курируемыми структурными подразделениями учреждения и в целом, с организациями-контрагентами при решении вопросов организационного характера во время проектирования, строительства и эксплуатации объектов связи; контролировать соблюдение работниками учреждения правил и норм по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной; безопасности, требований природоохранных, санитарных органов, а также органов, осуществляющих технический надзор; докладывать директору учреждения об итогах работы работников, находящихся в его подчинении, в целях установления размера ежемесячных стимулирующих выплат; исполнять обязанности директора учреждения на период его временного отсутствия (отпуск, служебная командировка, нетрудоспособность).

Высшее образование, опыт работы в сфере информационных технологий и связи, знание 44-ФЗ, умение работать в команде.
