Осуществление оперативной работы по оформлению документов на отгрузку нефтепродуктов с заводов/нефтебаз (согласование графиков отгрузки, получение подтверждений станций назначений о приеме груза); Осуществление оперативного контроля за перемещением нефтепродуктов с момента их отгрузки с завода до его реализации, составление сводок по движению нефтепродуктов в оперативном режиме; Отслеживание остатков нефтепродуктов на складах хранения; Отслеживание дебиторской/кредиторской задолженности по контрагентам; Своевременная и качественная подготовка аналитических материалов, справок, отчетов, служебных записок по выполняемому кругу вопросов с указанием проблемных вопросов и предложений по их решению; Работа с корпоративными формами отчетности, прогнозирование распределения нефтепродуктов на складах (учет наличия складских мест, возможности транспортировки и выработки заводов); Осуществление работы по формированию и согласованию договоров и приложений с контрагентами; Сопровождение договоров логистики (морская, речная, автомобильная перевозка, хранение и перевалка).

Высшее образование (техническое, логистическое, экономическое); Опыт работы от 2 лет в области нефтегазовой промышленности или в сфере логистической/ складской отрасли; Навыки работы с программами на уровне эксперта: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook; Самостоятельность в работе, инициативность и активность в постановке и решении задач, коммуникабельность, умение работать без постоянного контроля, готовность к монотонной работе и аккуратность при подготовке материалов, знание документооборота в транспортной и складской логистике, аналитические способности; Знание специфики работы на крупных оптовых складах, организации работы в транспортно-экспедиционных отделах, управления товарными запасами в сетях распределения, опыт заключения и формирования договоров логистики; Приветствуется опыт в сфере автомобильной, морской и речной логистики с нефтепродуктами.
