Московский Технологический Институт (МТИ) — динамично развивающийся вуз. Мы предлагаем программы высшего, среднего и дополнительного профессионального образования. В связи с расширением штата учебного отдела мы приглашаем специалиста, который хочет развиваться в сфере образования и работать с четкими цифровыми данными. Чем предстоит заниматься: Составление расписания занятий всех форм обучения Внесения расписания занятий в "Галактика РУЗ"; Работа с аудиторным фондом в части планирования занятий; Работа с факультетами и ППС касательно текущих вопросов по учебному процессу (замены, отмены, переносы и т.д); Работа с кураторами касательно предупреждения студентов; Работа с деканатами факультетов касательно предупреждения студентов; Учет и проверка мониторинга занятий ППС; Работа в системе КИС АКАДА (1С) (учебные планы, контингент, аудиторный фонд); Работа с загрузкой учебных планов в систему; Работа с календарем образовательных мероприятий.
