Подготовка документации по подготовке к отопительному периоду; составление планов ремонтов котельных и тепловых сетей (отслеживание их выполнения) совместно со службой эксплуатации; разработка инструкций и схем тепловых энергоустановок; проверка и подготовка информации по схемам энергоустановок; проверка и подготовка информации по схемам теплоснабжения; подготовка актов разграничения, технических условий; ответы на запросы Администрации и других органов исполнительной власти по технической части; ведение и загрузка отчетов по котельным и тепловым сетям в электронные информационные системы. Требования: среднее профессиональное или высшее образование (желательно в области теплоэнергетики); преимуществом будет опыт работы в области теплоэнергетики; умение работать в команде, в режиме многозадачности; знание офисных программ, умение работать с оргтехникой; исполнительность, ответственность. Условия: рабочее место расположено в Металлургическом районе, доставка служебным транспортом от остановки Першино, утром и вечером; оформление согласно ТК РФ, з/плата своевременно 2 раза в месяц; сплочённый коллектив, со своей корпоративной культурой; бесплатное посещение бассейна; режим работы: пятидневная рабочая неделя, с 8-00 до 17-00ч, пятница до 16-45ч; заработная плата повышается по результатам работы; по всем интересующим вопросам с удовольствием ответим по контактным телефонам
