The posting

Ведение полного кадрового документооборота в компании: прием/перевод/увольнение/отпуска; прием, в том числе граждан Белоруссии (подача сведений по приему/увольнение ИГ). Кол-во персонала 45-50 чел. Работа в программе 1C: Управление персоналом 8.3 Ведение и учет трудовых книжек Подготовка трудовых договоров и дополнительных соглашений к ТД, приказов. Организация обучения сотрудников Своевременное оформление приема, перевода и увольнения работников. Ведение табеля учета рабочего времени Выдачу справок об их настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности. Внесение соответствующей информации в банк данных о персонале предприятия. Составляет установленную отчетность. Работа в Контуре: по приёму и ответов на запросы сведений больничных листов; ЕФС-1 в части кадровых изменений. Подача комплекта документов в Социальный фонд России. Расчёт сдельной заработной платы в программе 1С по выполненным рейсам; Работа со штрафами ТС компании. Ведение воинского учета (дополнительный договор)

Опыт работы с кадровыми документами от 3 лет. Знание основ кадрового делопроизводства и трудового законодательства. Уверенный пользователь офисных компьютерных программ (MS Office‚ Outlook‚ Internet‚ 1C 8). Внимательное отношение к деталям, ответственность. Грамотная устная и письменная речь. Опыт работы с путевыми листами желательно.

Условия: График работы - 5/2, с 09.00 до 18.00, с перерывом на обед 1 час. Официальное трудоустройство по ТК, выплата заработной платы два раза в месяц, оплата больничных листов, отпусков. Компенсация на обеды Корпоративная сотовая связь
