Плановое техническое обслуживание электроустановок осмотр, чистка, замена изношенных элементов; Диагностика неисправностей в электрических цепях, силовых и осветительных сетях; Ремонт электродвигателей, трансформаторов, пускорегулирующей аппаратуры; Монтаж и подключение кабельных линий, распределительных щитов, заземляющих устройств Проведение электрических измерений сопротивление изоляции, параметры заземления, нагрузка на фазах; Ведение эксплуатационной документации, журналов обходов и ремонтов Выполнение технологического обслуживания и профилактического ремонта оборудования, механизмов и инструментов, применяемых при монтаже, техническом обслуживании и ремонте электрических систем и оборудования Обслуживание и ремонт осветительной сети, сети электроснабжения; Ремонт и замена электрической проводки; Ремонт и обслуживание устройств заземления; ремонт и обслуживание электроустановок, систем внутреннего и наружного освещения; участие в хозяйственной деятельности; обслуживание и ремонт прочих инженерных систем. Ведение оперативной и технической документации: Журнала осмотров здания и инженерных систем; Паспорта инженерного оборудования. Ежемесячное снятие показаний электросчетчиков.

Высшее/Среднее профессиональное образование по соответствующему профилю; Опыт работы: от 3 лет по направлению деятельности; Практический опыт эксплуатации зданий, систем инженерно-технического обеспечения, аттестация по электробезопасности не ниже III группы до 1000 В ответственность, исполнительность, дисциплинированность. Умение работать с компьютером на уровне пользователя.
