Обязанности: 1. Вести учет движимых основных средств и материальных запасов в программе 1С "Оперативный учет МОЛ" 2. Выполнять работы, связанные с получением, учетом, хранением и выдачей материальных ценностей 3. Принимать участие в плановых и внеплановых инвентаризациях закрепленных за ним ценностей 4. Осуществлять списание материальных ценностей 5. Своевременно готовить заявки на приобретение нового оборудования, имущества и расходных средств 6. Организовывать и контролировать работу обслуживающего персонала (сантехника, электрика, плотника, уборщиц) 7. Организовывать работу по хозяйственному обслуживанию здания, территории инженерных систем 8. Контролировать учет и принимать меры к сокращению потребления коммунальных услуг в обслуживаемом здании 9. Готовить помещения к осенне-зимнему периоду, учебному году 10. Выполнять обязанности ответственного за пожарную безопасность закрепленного здания Требования: 1. Образование: среднее специальное по профилю деятельности или высшее образование (непрофильное) 2. Приветствуется опыт работы в сфере ЖКХ 3. Необходимые профессиональные навыки и знания: - Порядок работы с товарно-материальными ценностями - Правила охраны труда и техники безопасности. Правила пожарной безопасности - Нормативные документы содержания служебных, бытовых помещений, общественных зданий 4. Навыки работы с ПК: - Знание MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) - Опыт работы в 1С - Навыки работы с оргтехникой (факс, сканер, МФУ, мини-АТС) Личные качества: ответственность, трудолюбие, аккуратность, коммуникабельность Условия: 1. Официальное оформление в соответствии с Трудовым законодательством РФ (заключается бессрочный трудовой договор), оплачиваются отпускные и больничные 2. График: пятидневная рабочая неделя, с 9:00 до 17:45. Перерыв на обед с 13:00 до 13:45 или график 2/2 с 9:00 до 21:45 3. Заработная плата от 50 000 до 75 000 рублей до вычета налогов в зависимости от места работы и функционала 4. Требуются сотрудники в Петербурге на несколько адресов: Университетская наб., д. 7-9-11; ул. Чайковского, д. 62, лит. А; пер. Каховского, д. 9; 6 линия В.О., д. 11; Капитанская ул., д. 3
