Организация амбулаторного приема: подготовка рабочего места врача, медицинских карт, бланков рецептов, направлений и персонального медицинского инструментария. Выполнение медицинских манипуляций: проведение подкожных, внутримышечных и внутривенных инъекций, забор биоматериала для лабораторных исследований, проведение антропометрии, термометрии, измерения артериального давления. Доврачебный осмотр и сортировка пациентов: оценка состояния пациента, выявление неотложных состояний, требующих срочного вмешательства врача. Профилактическая работа: участие в проведении диспансеризации и профилактических медицинских осмотров населения, ведение учета подлежащих вакцинации лиц, проведение иммунизации. Работа на участке (патронаж): выполнение назначений врача на дому, посещение пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями, маломобильных граждан и новорожденных. Обучение пациентов: проведение санитарно-просветительской работы, консультирование пациентов и их родственников по вопросам ухода, здорового образа жизни и профилактики осложнений. Ведение медицинской документации: оформление учетно-отчетных форм, направлений на МСЭ, санаторно-курортных карт, в том числе работа в электронной медицинской информационной системе (МИС / ЕМИАС). Соблюдение санэпидрежима: обеспечение надлежащего хранения, дезинфекции и стерилизации медицинских изделий, контроль за утилизацией медицинских отходов.

Образование: Среднее профессиональное медицинское образование по одной из специальностей: Общая практика, Лечебное дело или Акушерское дело . Сертификация / Аккредитация: Наличие действующего свидетельства об аккредитации или сертификата специалиста по специальности Общая практика . Либо: Диплом о профессиональной переподровке по специальности Общая практика (для лиц с базовым образованием по Лечебному делу или Акушерскому делу ). Профессиональные знания и навыки: Знание стандартов и порядков оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи населению. Навыки проведения всех видов инъекций (в/в, в/м, п/к), забора крови, регистрации ЭКГ, проведения антропометрии. Знание правил организации диспансеризации, профилактических осмотров и проведения вакцинации. Умение оказывать неотложную доврачебную медицинскую помощь. Знание и строгое соблюдение правил санитарно-эпидемиологического режима (СанПиН). Цифровые компетенции: Уверенный пользователь ПК. Опыт работы в медицинских информационных системах ( МИС / ЕМИАС / БАРС ) либо готовность оперативно освоить программу. Личные качества: Исполнительность, высокий уровень ответственности, вежливость, доброжелательность, умение корректно общаться с пациентами разных возрастных категорий.
