Выполняет инструкцию по охране жизни и здоровья детей. Обеспечивает инфекционную безопасность: соблюдает санитарно-гигиенические правила и правила противоэпидемического режима, асептики, правила хранения, обработки, стерилизации и использования изделий медицинского назначения. Принимает и сдает дежурство у постели ребенка, оценивая его состояние здоровья. При принятии дежурства осматривает помещения группы, состояние электроосвещения, санитарной техники, медицинского оборудования, инструментария, документации, наличие твердого и мягкого инвентаря. Отвечает за выполнение санитарно-эпидемического режима в группе, мероприятий по профилактике инфекционных заболеваний, глистных инвазий. Следит за соблюдением режима дня. Готовит детей к плановым и профилактическим осмотрам: проводит антропометрию, измерение t, готовит медицинские карты. Участвует в проведении осмотров. Своевременно и качественно выполняет профилактические и лечебно-диагностические процедуры назначенные врачом: по лечению, питанию, физическому воспитанию, закаливанию, прогулкам. Во время своего дежурства следит за состоянием здоровья детей, немедленно сообщая лечащему врачу о происходящих изменениях. В вечернее и ночное время, в выходные и праздничные дни принимает меры по изоляции или госпитализации заболевшего ребенка. При необходимости оказывает необходимую доврачебную помощь с записью в медицинской карте заболевшего ребенка. Принимает меры к вызову врача 03 . Принимает участие в обследовании детей: посещение консультативных приемов; посещение лабораторий; посещение кабинетов инструментального обследования. Принимает участие в физиолечении детей. Осуществляет дежурства с детьми, находящимися на стационарном лечении в больницах города. Принимает участие в воспитательном процессе и социальной адаптации детей, выполняя рекомендации воспитателей группы, логопеда, психолога. Обеспечивает правильное хранение, учет и списание лекарственных препаратов, и ИМН соблюдение правил приема лекарственных средств. Контролирует и проводит текущую дезинфекцию, обеспечивает проведение заключительной дезинфекции при случаях ОКИ. Отвечает за дезинфекцию и стерилизацию группового медицинского инструментария. Следит за санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием помещений: чистотой, tо воздуха, освещением, качеством уборки, проветриванием, кварцеванием, за чистотой белья, игрушек, пособий. Ведет утвержденную медицинскую учетно-отчетную документацию. Отвечает за качественное и своевременное оформление медицинской карты ребенка. И.Т.Д. согласно должностной инструкции
