разработка технической документацию, включая ТЗ на изготовление, модернизацию оборудования, СТП, инструкции по эксплуатации и ремонту оборудования с системами ручного и автоматизированного управления, по безопасному ведению работ при их обслуживании и другие методические и нормативные документы; работа с оборудованием: сосуды, работающие под давлением (автоклавы), грузоподъемное оборудование (кран-балки, мостовые краны, электротельферы), станочное оборудование (токарные станки, фрезерные станки, станки с ЧПУ; поиск новых или более совершенных средств автоматизации (АСУТП) с целью оценки возможности их приобретения и оснащения оборудования; участие в составлении планов по автоматизации, наладке и обслуживанию производственных процессов, подготовке мероприятий по реконструкции и техническому перевооружению цехов; участие в заключении договоров на проведение проектных и опытно-конструкторских работ, а также на изготовление и ремонт оборудования; участие в рассмотрении эскизных и технических проектов, рабочих чертежей, другой технической документации, связанной с проектированием модернизированных или вновь вводимых средств автоматизации производства, внесение необходимых корректировок; анализ случаев отказа средств автоматизации и оборудования, участие в расследовании аварий, причин брака в работе, повреждения оборудования и разработке мероприятий, направленных на их предотвращение. проведение поверки точности станков ЧПУ; ведение технической документации, ведение архива управляющих программ для станков с ЧПУ.

высшее техническое образование; опыт работы на инженерно-технических должностях в области технического обслуживания и текущего ремонта оборудования не менее 3 лет; опыт работы с оборудованием: сосуды, работающие под давлением (автоклавы), грузоподъемное оборудование (кран-балки, мостовые краны, электротельферы), станочное оборудование (токарные станки, фрезерные станки, станки с ЧПУ; владение методами наиболее эффективных приёмов и технологии проведения ремонтных работ; умение организовывать ремонтные работы и техническое обслуживание оборудования; знание правил промышленной безопасности на опасных производственных объектах; обязательно уверенное знание ПК.
