Вести переговоры о заключении сделок купли-продажи от своего имени или другого представляемого лица на основе договора. Осуществлять куплю-продажу товаров (услуг) от своего имени и за свой счёт, являясь владельцем продаваемого товара в момент заключения сделок. Выявлять и учитывать потенциальных покупателей (заказчиков) на производимую продукцию, оказываемые услуги, организовывать их рекламу. Анализировать состояние и тенденции изменения спроса населения, изучать потребности покупателей, консультировать по вопросам технических и потребительских характеристик товаров (услуг). Устанавливать цены на товары (услуги) и определять условия их сбыта (продажи) и оказания услуг. Оформлять договоры купли-продажи, контролировать их выполнение. Организовывать доставку купленной продукции и оказание услуг. Контролировать оплату покупателями (заказчиками) счетов изготовителей продукции или осуществляющих услуги. Вести учёт претензий покупателей (заказчиков) по исполнению договоров купли-продажи. Выявлять причины нарушения условий договоров, принимать меры по их устранению и предупреждению. Обеспечивать сохранность оформляемой документации по договорам купли-продажи.

Профессиональные знания специалиста: Законодательство в сфере торговли и промышленного производства; Порядок составления договоров купли-продажи, ведения документации; Знание рыночной конъюнктуры, ценообразования в своей отрасли; Знание номенклатуры товаров, их характеристик и особенностей. Качества торгового агента: Коммуникабельность; Деловая хватка; Умение вести переговоры; Энергичность; Высокая работоспособность; Стрессоустойчивость; Хорошая память.
