Приглашает в свою дружную команду специалиста коммерческого отдела / тендерный специалист Обязанности: - Работа с проектной документацией, составление смет и ВОР-ведомостей объемов работ в коммерческих расценках на основании проекта, дефектных ведомостей, актов доп. работ, РВР. - Регистрация и аккредитация на тендерных площадках заказчиков. - Своевременное предоставление всей необходимой информации по требованиям к участнику; конкурсной или тендерной процедуры. - Подача запросов, заявок на участие, участие в торгах. - Составление и ведение бюджета проекта. - Контроль результатов конкурсной или тендерной процедуры, информирование заинтересованных лиц -руководителя отдела. - Составление отчетности и анализ проигранных тендерных процедур. - Ведение базы данных тендерной документации. - Ведение архива поданных предложений. - Отслеживание возврата денежных средств, внесенных в качестве обеспечения заявок. - Подготовка проектов договоров (контрактов) по результатам торгов, формирование протоколов разногласий, оформление дополнительных соглашений. - Составление графика производства и финансирования работ. - Формирование ведомостей для было-стало. - Объявление результатов тендера, заключение договоров с победителями тендера. - Ведение базы/архива участников тендеров; документооборот. Требования: - Опыт работы от 1 года. - Владение офисными программами на уровне уверенного пользователя. - Приветствуется опыт работы в программах ПИК (КЦ; Tessa). - Приветствуется опыт работы в программах НДК (myAbs). - Приветствуется знание нормативной документации (ГОСТы, СНиПы). Условия: - График работы 5/2. - Официальная, своевременная выплата зарплаты без задержек. - Работа в уютном офисе в бизнес-центре (в офисе: чай, кофе, микроволновая печь, холодильник, рядом кафе, где можно пообедать). - Возможность прохождения курсов, повышения квалификации в рамках вакансии за счет работодателя. - Небольшой дружный коллектив. - Бизнес центр Волковский - Мытищи, Олимпийский проспект, 29А.
