-осуществлять учет имущества, находящегося в собственности Омской области, в том числе земельных участков, находящихся в собственности Омской области -готовить предложения о проведении кадастровых работ в отношении объектов недвижимого имущества, в том числе земельных участков, подлежащих оформлению в собственность Омской области -участвовать в формировании реестровых дел на объекты собственности Омской области - готовить предложения о направлении Министерством в суд заявлений о признании права собственности Омской области на объекты недвижимого имущества, а также об обжаловании отказов в государственной регистрации права собственности Омской области на объекты недвижимого имущества -осуществлять подготовку проектов распоряжений Правительства Омской области, распоряжений Министерства о безвозмездном отчуждении объектов из собственности Омской области в муниципальную собственность -участвовать в мероприятиях по осуществлению закупок товаров, работ, услуг в соответствии с Федеральным законом О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд в части направления предложений по формированию плана закупок, плана-графика закупок, внесению изменений в них, внесению предложений о проведении процедур заключения контракта с единственным поставщиком, проведения конкурентных процедур, подготовки технического задания, обоснования начальной (максимальной) цены контракта, приемки поставленных товаров, выполненных работ, оказанных услуг по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела -осуществлять мероприятия по определению вида фактического использования зданий (строений, сооружений) и помещений в соответствии с пунктом 9 статьи 378.2 Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации

Функциональные умения главного специалиста: 1) умение разрабатывать нормативные правовые акты; 2) умение подготавливать рекомендации, разъяснения, письма; 3) умение осуществлять консультирование; 4) умение работать в системе электронного документооборота Правительства Омской области.
