Обязанности: Обеспечение выполнения комплекса мероприятий по реализации проектов строительства, реконструкции, капитального и текущего ремонтов объектов недвижимого имущества, поставки и монтажа объектов движимого имущества; Управление недвижимым имуществом Филиала; Обеспечение деятельности хозяйственного и коммунального обслуживания Филиала; Организация и контроль мер по повышению эффективности коммерческого использования объектов недвижимого имущества Филиала; Обеспечение и контроль выполнения комплекса мероприятий по планированию, согласованию, корректировке и контролю расходования средств по статьям бюджета функционального направления. Требования: Высшее профессиональное образование (предпочтительно юридическое или экономическое), также возможно техническое; Опыт работы в данной сфере от 3-х лет; Опыт работы с гос. закупками по ФЗ-223.
