Начальник отдела организационно - кадровой работы и правового обеспечения: - Обеспечивает организацию работы и руководство деятельностью отдела организационно - кадровой работы и правового обеспечения Учреждения. - Обеспечивает соблюдение законности в деятельности Учреждения и защиту его правовых интересов. - Участвует в проведении проверок деятельности учреждения. - Участвует в подготовке, разработке документов правового характера, в том числе совместно со структурными подразделениями учреждениями. - Осуществляет правовую экспертизу проектов приказов, внутренних локальных актов и иных документов Учреждения, визирует их. - Организует и выполняет претензионно-исковую работу, подготовку процессуальных документов, представление и защиту интересов учреждения в судебных инстанциях. - Организует систематизированный учет действующего трудового, гражданского, налогового, административного и иного законодательства, локальных нормативных актов учреждения. - Участвует в подготовке и заключении коллективных договоров, соглашений, разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению трудовой дисциплины, регулированию социально-трудовых отношений в учреждении. - Осуществляет правовое обеспечение закупок для нужд учреждения, правовую экспертизу договоров (контрактов) и визирует их. - Организует правильное и своевременное оформление приема, перевода, увольнения работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством. - Обеспечивает своевременное и правильное составление и сдачу установленной отчетности.

Знать гражданское, бюджетное, трудовое, налоговое, административное законодательство, законодательство в области государственных закупок и иное законодательство, связанное со сферой деятельности учреждения. Порядок оформления, ведения, систематизации и хранения документации учреждения, в том числе кадровых документов, документов по учету труда и его оплаты. Порядок заключения договоров (контрактов), коллективных договоров, соглашений. Порядок ведения претензионно-исковой работы. Основы экономики, организации труда и управления
