ГБУ ТО Дирекция коммунально-хозяйственного строительства резервирует место для трудоустройства участников СВО . Функционал: Обеспечивает работу по проведению мониторинга разработки и утверждения схем водоснабжения и водоотведения, и теплоснабжения поселений, муниципальных округов, городских округов с численностью менее чем пятьсот тысяч человек Участвует в составлении текущих и перспективных планах по строительно-монтажным работам на территории Луганской Народной Республике. Дает предложения по формированию планов капитальных вложений по переходящим объектам, готовит приказы по закреплению объектов за специалистами отдела. Осуществляет строительный контроль за проведением строительно-монтажных работ на объектах согласно доведенного задания по капитальным вложениям в соответствии с проектом, а также действующих норм и правил производства строительно-монтажных работ и приемку выполненных объемов строительно-монтажных работ в соответствии с фактом выполнения и смет.
