1. Проводить осмотр пациента с целью выявления медицинских показаний и противопоказаний к физиотерапевтическим процедурам на момент их проведения. 2. Составлять план проведения процедуры физиотерапевтических процедур в соответствии с назначением врача-специалиста и функциональным состоянием пациента. 3. Организовывать рабочее пространство и безопасную больничную среду пребывания пациента в отделении (кабинете) медицинской организации. 4. Анализировать и интерпретировать информацию, полученную от пациентов (их законных представителей). 5. Выполнять физиотерапевтические процедуры согласно выбранной методике и составленному плану в соответствии с назначением врача, с учетом функционального состояния пациента, анатомо-физиологических, индивидуальных психофизических особенностей, возраста пациента. 6. Подготавливать физиотерапевтический кабинет, медицинское оборудование, необходимые лекарственные препараты для наружного воздействия к выполнению физиотерапевтических процедур. 7. Применять методики проведения процедур по физиотерапии (электро-, магнито-, свето-, механо-, гидро-, термотерапия) при заболеваниях и (или) состояниях с учетом особенностей возраста. 8. Проводить работу по профилактике осложнений, побочных действий, нежелательных реакций, в том числе серьезных и непредвиденных, возникших в результате применения физиотерапии. 9. Обязана выполнять обеспечение фармакологического порядка (получение, хранение, применение лекарственных препаратов, учет и отчетность). и т.д.
