Работа с пациентами и организация приёма Организует амбулаторный приём врача‑терапевта участкового: готовит кабинет, приборы и инструменты, обеспечивает бланками рецептов и направлений. Проводит доврачебные осмотры (в том числе профилактические), собирает анамнез, измеряет базовые показатели (температуру, АД, пульс, рост, вес и т. д.), фиксирует данные в медицинской документации. Выполняет медицинские манипуляции по назначению врача: инъекции, перевязки, забор биоматериала для анализов и др. Оказывает неотложную доврачебную помощь при острых состояниях, травмах, отравлениях в амбулаторных условиях и на дому. Посещает пациентов на дому (в том числе маломобильных, пожилых, после выписки из стационара), контролирует их состояние, выполняет врачебные назначения. Сопровождает организацию госпитализации по экстренным и плановым показаниям. Диспансерное наблюдение и профилактика Ведёт учёт и диспансерное наблюдение за группами пациентов (в т. ч. за лицами, имеющими право на набор социальных услуг). Проводит профилактические мероприятия: скрининги, вакцинацию, противоэпидемические меры, мероприятия по профилактике инфекционных заболеваний. Организует и ведёт школы здоровья, проводит санитарно‑гигиеническое воспитание, консультирует по формированию здорового образа жизни. Информирует пациентов о подготовке к лабораторным и инструментальным исследованиям. Контролирует графики диспансеризации и профилактических осмотров, приглашает пациентов на приёмы.
