1. Организация работы и контроль процессов: Разработка и оптимизация организационной структуры, распределение зон ответственности между отделами. Постановка чётких целей для подразделений и контроль их достижения, проведение регулярных встреч для анализа результатов. Анализ текущих бизнес-процессов, выявление узких мест и внедрение улучшений для повышения эффективности. Контроль соблюдения установленных стандартов и регламентов. 2. Финансовое управление: Участие в формировании бюджета, контроль доходов и расходов. Анализ финансовой отчётности, поиск возможностей для сокращения издержек без потери качества. Обеспечение рентабельности вверенного направления. 3. Управление персоналом: Назначение на ключевые должности, участие в найме и адаптации руководителей отделов. Постановка задач, контроль их выполнения, проведение оценки персонала. Поддержание здоровой атмосферы в коллективе, разрешение конфликтов, мотивация сотрудников. 4. Взаимодействие с внешними партнёрами: Представление интересов компании в переговорах с ключевыми клиентами, поставщиками и подрядчиками. Выстраивание долгосрочных партнёрских отношений, контроль выполнения договорных обязательств. В некоторых случаях развитие клиентского сервиса и повышение лояльности потребителей. 5. Административные и контрольные функции: Контроль соблюдения трудового законодательства, норм охраны труда и информационной безопасности. Подготовка регулярной отчётности о результатах работы для собственника.
