The posting

Выполнение работ по заявкам пользователей: диагностика, устранение неисправностей, консультирование (устно, письменно, по телефону, электронной почте). Обеспечение бесперебойной работы оборудования и ПО в зоне ответственности. Выполнение регламентных работ, планового ТО и чистки средств вычислительной техники. Установка, настройка, обновление и сопровождение ОС, драйверов, прикладного ПО. Обслуживание МФУ, принтеров, сканеров: замена картриджей, устранение замятий, очистка. Подключение, настройка и устранение неисправностей периферийного оборудования (мониторы, клавиатуры, мыши, ИБП и др.). Настройка общего доступа к сетевым принтерам и папкам; диагностика подключения к локальной сети и интернету. Настройка параметров BIOS/UEFI, использование средств восстановления ОС. Выполнение резервного копирования и восстановления пользовательских данных. Ведение журнала инвентаризации и учёта оборудования (присвоение номеров, фиксация перемещений). Заполнение отчётов, диагностических карт, актов выполненных работ. Ведение и актуализация технической документации в зоне ответственности. Своевременное информирование руководителя о критических неисправностях, рисках, нехватке расходных материалов. Обучение пользователей базовым операциям (работа с почтой, печать, общие ресурсы). Повышение квалификации, изучение новых технологий и инструментов диагностики. Соблюдение правил работы с конфиденциальной информацией и персональными данными. Выполнение поручений руководителя, информирование о ходе работ и отклонениях. Бережное отношение к имуществу, соблюдение трудовой дисциплины и правил внутреннего распорядка.

Необходимые знания: Архитектура, компоненты и принципы взаимодействия ПК, ноутбуков и периферийного оборудования. Устройство и принципы работы МФУ, принтеров, сканеров. Основы ОС (установка, настройка, администрирование). Принципы информационной безопасности (антивирусы, брандмауэры, шифрование). Основы сетевого взаимодействия (TCP/IP, DNS). Нормативные требования по работе с конфиденциальной информацией и персональными данными. Необходимые навыки: Сборка, модернизация, диагностика ПК, ноутбуков и периферии. Обслуживание МФУ и принтеров (замена картриджей, устранение сбоев, чистка). Установка, настройка, восстановление и обновление ОС, драйверов, прикладного ПО. Реализация базовых мер защиты данных (антивирусы, брандмауэры, шифрование). Настройка сетевых адаптеров и параметров TCP/IP, DNS. Строгое соблюдение правил работы с конфиденциальной информацией и персональными данными.
