Специализированный отдел судебных приставов по обеспечению установленного порядка деятельности судов Центрального района г. Санкт-Петербурга ГУФССП Росии по г. Санкт - Петербурга проводит набор на должность "младший судебный пристав по ОУПДС", на наше подразделение возложены следующие обязанности: Осуществление охраны зданий, помещений районных судов, зданий и помещений судебных участков мировых судей и подразделения СО СП по ОУПДС Центрального района г. Санкт-Петербурга ГУФССП России по г. Санкт-Петербургу. Обеспечение в суде, а при выполнении отдельных процессуальных действий вне здания, помещения суда, безопасности судей, присяжных заседателей и иных участников судебного процесса. Поддерживать общественный порядок в здании, помещениях суда. Осуществление принудительного привода лиц, уклоняющихся от явки по вызову суда (судьи), судебного пристава - исполнителя и дознавателя службы судебных приставов. Обеспечение безопасности судебных приставов - исполнителей и иных должностных лиц органов принудительного исполнения при исполнении служебных обязанностей. Обеспечивать препровождение иностранных граждан или лиц без гражданства в специальные учреждения и до пункта пропуска через Государственную границу РФ. При исполнении служебных обязанностей предупреждать и пресекать преступления и правонарушения. Оказывать органам внутренних дел содействие в розыске и задержании лиц, скрывшихся от органов дознания, следствия или суда. Оказывать содействие судебному приставу - испонителю при осуществлении исполнительного производства и розыска, а так же дознавателю службы судебных приставов при осуществлении дознания.

Категория военного билета ( или приписное) с категорией здоровья не ниже "Б2". Отсутсвие судимостей. Образование не ниже среднего-специального. Отсутствие двойного гражданства. Гражданство Российской Федерации. Если имеется воинское или специальное звание будет плюсом.
