Оказание неотложной медицинской помощи при острых заболеваниях, травмах, отравлениях и других состояниях, не угрожающих жизни пациента, в амбулаторных условиях и на дому. Помощь должна оказываться в сроки, установленные Программой государственных гарантий бесплатного оказания гражданам медицинской помощи. Диагностика типичных случаев заболеваний . Фельдшер проводит осмотр, оценивает состояние пациента, выявляет симптомы и на основании этого назначает лечение, используя современные методы терапии и профилактики. В рамках своих полномочий он может назначать методы инструментальной и лабораторной диагностики. Назначение лечения . Фельдшер вправе выписывать рецепты, формировать назначения и направления, заключения в медицинской информационной системе. Он также может назначать немедикаментозное лечение с учётом диагноза и клинической картины заболевания. Экспертиза временной нетрудоспособности . Фельдшер проводит её в соответствии с нормативными правовыми актами, оформляет и выдаёт пациенту листок временной нетрудоспособности, в том числе в электронной форме. Организация вызова бригады скорой медицинской помощи (СМП) или транспортировки пациента . Если состояние больного ухудшается или возникает угроза жизни, фельдшер обязан организовать вызов бригады СМП либо обеспечить транспортировку больного в сопровождении медицинского работника в медицинскую организацию, оказывающую специализированную помощь. Приём и регистрация вызовов . Фельдшер принимает вызовы от населения (по телефону или при личном обращении), а также активные вызовы от врачей амбулаторно-поликлинического учреждения и станции СМП. Он своевременно передаёт вызовы персоналу выездных бригад, ведёт регистрацию обращаемости, заполняет журнал записи вызовов неотложной медицинской помощи. Информирование пациентов . Фельдшер уведомляет обратившихся за помощью о возможном времени выполнения вызова. Контроль за укомплектованностью кабинета . Фельдшер проверяет наличие необходимого имущества, аппаратуры, медикаментов (в том числе для выездной помощи) в соответствии с табелем оснащения. Он также обеспечивает сохранность медицинского оборудования и лекарств от порчи и хищений. Ведение учётной и отчётной документации . Фельдшер заполняет журналы, путевые листы водителей, сдаёт диспетчеру (регистратору) по окончании работы вкладыши к медицинской карте амбулаторного больного, заполненные во время вызовов.
