Ведение бухгалтерского учёта. Отражение хозяйственных операций на счетах по правилам двойной записи, формирование проводок, контроль корректности данных. Основа Федеральный закон № 402‑ФЗ О бухгалтерском учёте и федеральные стандарты бухучёта (ФСБУ). Работа с первичной документацией. Приём, проверка, внесение в учётную систему (чаще всего 1С) накладных, актов, счетов‑фактур, кассовых и авансовых отчётов, путевых листов и т. п. Контроль наличия обязательных реквизитов и соответствия сумм. Расчёты с контрагентами. Учёт дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, сверка взаиморасчётов, контроль сроков оплат, оформление актов сверок. Учёт товарно‑материальных ценностей (ТМЦ) и основных средств. Приём, перемещение, списание, инвентаризация, начисление амортизации, оформление актов списания. Например, как раз в связке с вашим прошлым вопросом про списание товара: бухгалтер фиксирует факт списания (акт, инвентаризационная опись), определяет основание (порча, истечение срока, недостача) и отражает операцию в учёте. Расчёт заработной платы и кадровый учёт (на участке зарплаты). Начисление зарплаты, отпускных, больничных, удержаний; расчёт НДФЛ и страховых взносов; формирование платёжных ведомостей; выдача справок сотрудникам. Часто совмещается с базовым кадровым документооборотом (приказы, табели). Налоговый учёт и отчётность. Расчёт налогов (НДС, налог на прибыль, УСН, имущественные налоги и др.), формирование деклараций, контроль сроков уплаты, взаимодействие с ФНС (ответы на требования, пояснения). Формирование бухгалтерской и налоговой отчётности. Подготовка баланса, отчёта о финансовых результатах, приложений, сдача в ФНС и Росстат. Контроль контрольных соотношений и логики показателей. Взаимодействие с банками и кассовые операции. Проведение платежей, контроль остатков, разнесение банковской выписки, контроль лимитов кассы, оформление кассовых документов. Внутренний контроль и подготовка к проверкам. Сбор регистров, оборотно‑сальдовых ведомостей, карточек счетов, актов сверок, инвентаризаций для аудиторов и налоговых проверок. Отчетность по маркетплейсу.
