Консультирование и сбор пакета документов, необходимых для рассмотрения и принятия решений по сделкам урегулирования проблемной задолженности; Взаимодействие с должниками, поручителями, залогодателями, а также третьими лицами при подписании документов по сделкам, организация отправки подписанных документов на хранение; Осуществление курьерской доставкой письменной корреспонденции по месту жительства или месту пребывания должника; Мониторинг и мероприятия по выявлению признаков проблемности; Заполнение отчетной формы в автоматизированной системе о проводимых мероприятиях и результатах их исполнения; Контроль предоставления Должником и (или) Участниками кредитной сделки необходимого и достаточного пакета документов для применения инструмента урегулирования Проблемной задолженности; Проверка целевого использования денежных средств, предоставленных по Проблемному кредиту; Проверка оформления залога имущества по проблемному кредиту, если обязанность оформить такой залог проистекает из существа кредитного договора; Проверка страхования/возобновления договора страхования предмета залога Должником/ Залогодателем по Проблемному кредиту и контроль полноты оплаты страховой премии по такому договору страхования; Осуществление действий по государственной регистрации в отношении предметов залога в соответствии с нормами законодательства Российской Федерации.

- высшее образование (экономическое, юридическое, финансовое), - стаж работы в банковской / финансовой сфере не менее 2 лет; Знание: - основ проведения операций кредитования и обслуживания юридических и физических лиц; - правила проведения переговоров и презентаций, деловой переписки, в том числе по электронной почте. - знание: основ экономики, юриспруденции; - знание принципов поиска должников, его контактов, установления контакта. - знание технологии управления конфликтными ситуациями; - владение основными инструменты и методами работы с проблемной задолженностью физических лиц и клиентов сегментов Микробизнес и Малый бизнес, в т.ч. организации данной работы с привлечением сторонних организаций, проведения финансового и статистического анализа; - стандартные программные продукты MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio), АС КонсультантПлюс; - владение специализированными программными продуктами (АС повышения квалификации АСПК, СЭОДО, SAP и др.); Знание: - основ проведения операций кредитования и обслуживания юридических и физических лиц; - правила проведения переговоров и презентаций, деловой переписки, в том числе по электронной почте.
